Items bought directly from our site can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Once the item is received at our warehouse, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take longer to show up.

We kindly request our customers to make sure to send back all original packaging materials and accessories and to ship the product in the original shipping box and seal it properly.

If the item you received arrived faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a 100% refund and you will be provided with the return shipping label at no extra cost.

If you no longer want the item within 30 days of receipt, the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund and you will be responsible for the return shipping.

If, upon inspection, we detect that the item has been damaged by the customer, a higher restocking fee may be charged.  The restocking fee may not be higher than 50%.

We reserve the right to deny returns for orders over 30 days of receipt of shipment.

We may update these terms without notifying our customers.
